    Established as a joint venture between ColorLink Inc. of the U.S. and Arisawa Mfg. Co., Ltd. (Capital 140,000 thousand yen).

    • Acquired expertise in film lamination technology.

    Constructed a dedicated plant within the premises of the Nakadahara-Nishi Plant of Arisawa Mfg. Co., Ltd.

    Started full-scale mass production of optical components for LCOS-type microdisplays.
